Elder Emeritus at Ballynure
Robert McCreary recently retired to the position of Elder Emeritus after over 47 years of service as a ruling elder in Ballynure Presbyterian. Robert also served for many years as
Clerk of Kirk Session in the congregation. To mark the occasion, the minister and current clerk presented a small gift to Robert at a recent morning service as a token of appreciation for

Four new elders have been ordained and installed in Ballynure by a Commission of the Carrickfergus Presbytery.

102 years of eldership at Ballynure
Samual Currie and Patrick Wilson recently retired to the position of Elder Emeritus after over 100 years of combined service as ruling elders in Ballynure Presbyterian. Patrick and Samuel were ordained in 1955 and 1964 respectively. To mark the occassion the minister and clerk presented a small gift on behalf of Kirk Session and the congregation at a recent morning service.
